Gorgeous wooden box for a bracelet I’m gifting someone for their birthday. The walnut burl looks incredible; even better in person than in the photos. And if this is a “second” quality piece, I can’t imagine how nice a first must be!

this box is pretty well constructed - smooth wood, clasps nicely, hinges nicely - but the cloth liner is so bad. i didn't realize that the box would be lined at all, let alone that the liner would be so haphazardly cut and glued in. shortly after i received my box, the liner started to lift out of one corner; at this point i considered removing it completely but the wood underneath is covered in dried glue so that's not a good look either. looking at the listing photos now, i do see that it's lined, but if you look at it closely you can see that even in the photo the cloth doesn't totally line up with the box's interior edge and the magnets are not glued in neatly. the rest of the box's components were decent quality for the price, but because of the liner i now have a disappointing piece that only looks good when closed
The inside liner fell out immediately. The foam backing is all dried up and crumbling. It's trash
The item arrived quickly. It was exactly as described and of excellent quality. I would recommend the item for the storage of thumb drives with important information. It allows for easier identification and the size makes it more difficult to misplace.
