The cup design doesn't allow coffee to spill while you're walking with cup in hand, which is a nice thing.

IN MY OPINION, although the cup was listed as a “second”, it was MUCH smaller than pictured. I cannot hold it securely. I had to squish to get all four fingers through the handle. That is a dangerous situation for a vessel that may hold hot liquids. I read the description. However, I went more by the pictured item which TO MY EYES looked huge. If pictures are not accurate, they should not be included. I appreciate the owner reaching out to make sure I received the correct item (which I did). Etsy thrives on honest customer reviews. In this review, I am accurately describing my experience. The item is beautifully hand made. However, I suggest the owner makes their pottery cups with larger, more functional handles to insure safety when handling hot liquids and make sure any pictures included accurately depict the product.

They were “seconds sale” but I couldn’t point out anything on any of the mugs that looked like imperfections! they were packaged SO well, I think it would have taken quite a lot of effort to break them! Shipped very quickly. I am so happy I purchased these!

Beautiful. I like one of a kind mugs and this is that. Color is a bit darker - but it is always so hard to see true color online. The handle is perfect to wrap your hand thru it with 4star stamps securing it. The hourglass top part (fluted part) is awesome style plus it stops spills. I’m an avid coffee drinker and always late, rushing everywhere & always leaving a trail. Not with this cup. It also (in my mind) keeps the coffee warmer (that might be a mind over matter situation but I think it does)
