I took this mini teleidoscope on a sojourn to Thailand to replace my full sized one, and it worked like a dream. My student travelers loved looking through it, especially on the temple grounds we visited. It is beautiful, simply elegant, and small enough to fit in a pocket or purse with ease. It is perfect. I will likely buy many more of these as gifts.

Perfect gift for a friend whose most sentimental childhood gift was a kaleidoscope from his dad. Really sweet and well made.
I realized this was shorter than the one I have but it is much smaller overall and must have fewer mirrors or something because instead of the image being broken up and splintered into many images, it just seems to mirror the total image into a few images without the "magic" of the "kaleidoscope" effect. It was meant as a gift but I don't feel comfortable giving this to anyone.

It works incredibly well, and is really well crafted. My only issue is that i feel it wasn’t properly described as the hole you look through being so small. Maybe i wasn’t paying great attention, but the hole is really small and a bit hard to see through. When you can see through it, then it looks amazing
