This is a rustic and beautiful piece that has a nice, heavy, durable feel to it. I do wish that the glaze covered the pottery completely as it did with previous pie plates I have purchased. That would help make it feel smooth all the way around. Otherwise, it makes a great dinner plate to eat off of in addition to baking with! I am glad to know this was prepared with non-toxic materials and is totally food safe. Thanks for accommodating my questions and for helping me pick out a plate!
Phenomenal craftsmanship and quality. This is the 3rd dish we’ve purchased and the quality is just amazing. Whether you’re baking or enjoying stir fry this is a go-to bowl. One of our earlier ones broke and so this replaced it. Very happy to see it’s still being offered.
