I ordered a pale blue mug as shown in the photo, but received a dark purple blue mug. The mug itself had a couple of small places where the glaze missed, but the design of the mug itself is great, just not what I expected as far as the color.

This is the second time I've purchased a cup because I absolutely loved the first blue one. This time I got the white one and it looks as if there was an air bubble in the glaze that popped and left a hole. Unfortunately, it's at the top of the handle where it's joined to the cup, so it's very noticeable. If this cup were at the store, I would not have purchased it, it's too much money to have a hole at the top of the cup. I am very disappointed but I'm not going to spend more money to send it back. I won't shop with this company again. I've included a picture to show you the $37 mug they sent me.
My husband loved the cup! Robust handle, feels good to hold. It’s also tall enough to place right under the coffee machine nozzle so it doesn’t spray the coffee everywhere.
