This is a great item. It works and beautifully too! Never liked cutting my lettuce with a metal knife or tearing by hand. Metal causes cut ends to turn brown. I used this on Spring Mix, which is a tender lettuce, and it did a great job. So, crispy iceberg lettuce will be a breeze. Good purchase!
